Summary

A young woman moves into her deceased aunt’s apartment, and must deal with kooky neighbours, a slightly insane landlord, insect manifestations, Styrofoam peanuts and William Hurt as her creepy weatherman boyfriend. A good concept is ruined by a weak ending, making this just slightly better than your average direct-to-video movie.
